Jenesis Technologies Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile applications named TRMR AI (each, the "App"), including the iOS App Store build and the Google Play (Android) build.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. This policy applies only to information handled through the App and does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications—even when they are accessible inside the App (for example, websites you browse or webmail providers you sign into).
1. Information We Collect
We prioritize privacy by processing data on-device whenever possible. The App is designed so that Jenesis Technologies Inc. does not require an account, does not sell personal data, and does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the current App Store / Google Play builds.
TRMR AI does not require a Jenesis account or Sign in with Apple / Google for the App itself.
• PDF Stabilizer is free.
• On iOS: Maps, Web, and Email Stabilizers are available during a 7-day free trial that starts when you first launch the App on a device, and afterward via an optional auto-renewable subscription (TRMR Premium) purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple processes payment; we do not receive your full payment card details. You can restore purchases with the same Apple ID.
• On Android: Maps, Web, Email, and Messages Stabilizers are available during a 7-day free trial that starts when you first launch the App on a device, and afterward via an optional auto-renewing subscription (TRMR Premium; Google Play product id trmr_premium_monthly, typically $0.99 USD/month or the local price shown by Google Play) purchased through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment; we do not receive your full payment card details. You can restore purchases with the same Google account.
a. Information processed on your device
Motion data. When you open a stabilizer surface (PDF, Maps, Web, Email, or—on Android—Messages), the App may use your device’s motion sensors to counteract hand shake in the display. On iOS this uses Apple’s CoreMotion framework; on Android this uses the device accelerometer (and gyroscope when available). Motion samples are processed in real time on your device for that purpose. Raw motion streams are not uploaded to Jenesis Technologies Inc. The App may store small adaptive tuning values (coefficient profiles) in local app storage so stabilization can improve for your device over time.
App preferences. Settings such as stabilization strength, tutorial playback preference, and your last-selected email provider may be stored locally on your device (for example via UserDefaults / Keychain on iOS, or SharedPreferences and local files on Android). The App may also store a first-launch timestamp (for the free trial window) in on-device secure or local storage. On Android, local preferences may be included in Android backup / device transfer.
Subscription status. When you purchase or restore TRMR Premium, Apple’s StoreKit (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android) on your device provides subscription entitlement status so the App can unlock premium features. Purchase records are managed by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.
PDF files. PDFs you open are accessed locally for viewing (for example via the Files picker). We do not upload your PDFs to our servers.
On-device OCR (optional). If you choose to run OCR, the App uses on-device frameworks (Apple’s Vision on iOS; Google ML Kit on Android) to read text from PDF page images so search can work on scanned documents. OCR results stay on your device and are not sent to us.
b. Information you provide directly
Support communications. If you email us (for example at info@jenesistechnologies.com) or otherwise contact support, we may collect your name, email address, and any details you share about your experience or issues.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our website newsletter, we may collect the email address you submit on jenesistechnologies.com for updates you requested.
c. Information handled by third parties when you use certain features
These features may cause information to leave your device through Apple, Google, carriers, or other providers—not through a Jenesis Technologies messaging or analytics backend in the standard App Store / Google Play configuration:
Location (Maps Stabilizer). When you use Maps Stabilizer, the App may use your location on-device to show your position and guide routes. Location is not uploaded to Jenesis Technologies for advertising.
Web Stabilizer. The in-app browser loads websites you choose. Those sites may set cookies and other web storage; page traffic goes to those sites under their own privacy policies.
Email Stabilizer. Opens webmail for providers you select (such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or iCloud Mail) in an in-app browser. Login cookies can persist on your device. Credentials and mailbox contents are handled by the email provider you use; we do not operate your email account.
Messages Stabilizer (Android). On the Google Play build, Messages Stabilizer can provide full-service SMS/MMS messaging on a tremor-stabilized surface. If you set TRMR AI as your default SMS app, the App may read, receive, and send SMS/MMS and may read contacts to help you choose recipients. Message and contact content stays on your device and carrier pathways; we do not operate a cloud SMS backend and do not upload your messages or contacts to Jenesis Technologies for advertising or analytics.
We do not collect photos from your photo library, microphone recordings, health/medical records, or advertising identifiers for tracking. The standard iOS App Store build does not request push-notification permission or Contacts access. The Android Google Play build may request Contacts (and SMS/MMS) permissions only when you use Messages Stabilizer / default SMS functionality.
2. How We Use Information
Information handled by the App is used to:
• Provide stabilization and related product features (PDF, Maps, Web, Email, and—on Android—Messages surfaces);
• Remember your local preferences and the local free-trial window;
• Process Premium entitlements through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing;
• Respond to support requests you send us;
• Send newsletter updates if you subscribed on our website;
• Comply with law, prevent fraud, and protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others, when applicable.
We do not use App data for targeted advertising, third-party advertising profiling, or selling personal information. The current App Store / Google Play builds do not include analytics SDKs (for example, Firebase Analytics) that send usage telemetry to us.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may leave your device when you use a feature that requires it—for example loading a website or webmail provider, using Maps with a map provider, using Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase, or—on Android—sending SMS/MMS through your carrier. In those cases, the recipient is Apple, Google, the carrier, or the site/provider you chose—not Jenesis Technologies acting as a messaging host.
We may share information you send us in support emails (or newsletter signup) with service providers who help us operate email, website, or support infrastructure, under obligations to protect that data. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect against legal liability, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (subject to appropriate privacy protections), or with your consent.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable measures appropriate to our practices, including on-device processing for core stabilization and motion features. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your device locked and for the security of accounts you use with third-party webmail or websites inside the App.
5. Your Rights and Choices
On-device data.
• iOS: You can clear App data by deleting the App, or by clearing local content within features where available (for example recent PDF lists).
• Android: You can use Settings → Privacy & data → Delete local app data inside the App (this clears local TRMR data and restarts the App; it does not cancel a Google Play subscription). You may also clear app storage in Android Settings → Apps → TRMR AI, or uninstall the App.
Permissions. You can revoke Motion/Sensors or Location access in system Settings. Stabilization and Maps features that depend on those permissions may stop working as expected. On Android, you can also revoke SMS, MMS, and Contacts permissions; Messages Stabilizer / default SMS features that depend on those permissions may stop working as expected.
Subscriptions. Manage or cancel TRMR Premium in Apple’s subscription settings (iOS) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android), or use the in-app Manage Subscription control where available. Deleting the App or local App data does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Web / Email cookies. You can sign out of webmail inside the provider’s site where available, or clear in-app / system website data. Returning to the provider picker in Email Stabilizer does not by itself erase login cookies.
Support / newsletter data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you provided to us by emailing info@jenesistechnologies.com, subject to legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from the website newsletter using the unsubscribe link in those emails, where provided.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or California (under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights such as data portability, objection to processing, or the right to know about data sales (we do not sell data). Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
7. Health and Medical Notice
TRMR AI is an assistive display tool that stabilizes on-screen content. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Motion data is used for display compensation, not for clinical assessment.
8. International Data Transfers
Jenesis Technologies Inc. is based in Canada. If you email us for support or subscribe on our website, that correspondence may be processed in Canada or by email/website service providers in other countries (for example, Wix or email hosts). Third-party websites and webmail you open in the App may process data according to their own policies and locations. Core stabilization and motion processing for the App occur on your device. Apple and Google may process subscription-related data under their own policies and locations.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we may also provide notice in the App when practical. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
